What a gem of a place and the location simply can’t be beat! Easy to walk across the bridge to downtown Missoula where there is access to bars, restaurants, and other activities. The building is very charming and historic which I personally loved! The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions on check-in and check out processes. It is definitely worth noting that if you have mobility or respiratory issues, this may not be the space for you. The unit that I rented was up two flights of stairs and that could pose an issue if you fall into those categories. All that said, I will definitely be returning to the space on my next trip to Missoula. It was a lovely stay!

I have stayed at Kirk’s rentals twice in the past and I will keep coming back! Great communication, always a clean space, and all the amenities you could need (kitchen tools, hair dryer, etc.), and local recommendations. Do not hesitate to stay at one of Kirk’s units on the Hip Strip!

I’m very happy I chose to stay here. Perfect location with beautiful views of the Clark Fork River. It was in a neat historical building. Comfortable and warm and plenty of street parking.

This is my second stay at this wonderful historical building. The ease of access to everything Missoula has to offer is right there, not to mention an incredible view of the river, mountains, and downtown Helena. Bring your bike as this is a great town to bike around in and the location is right off the river trail! Kirk responds quickly and is incredibly helpful. Affordable for the excellent location. I'll be back! Thanks again!
