Located in the Park Forest neighborhood (4 mi. to Stadium), our bright & colorful family home features a fun, light filled, semi-open layout with plenty of room to enjoy the company of your group. Easy self check-in and check-out! Outdoor space includes a deck and patio with table and extra chairs, and a coop home to our four friendly chickens. A park across the street is great for kids or a morning run. This is a quiet family neighborhood. No parties or events. Pet/ Smoke Free. Our home is a funky fun split level that maintains just enough of it’s super fresh 70’s spirit. A small set of stairs raise the landing/ dining/ kitchen area above the living room creating a semi-open plan and a groovy sunken living room feel on the main level. Bedrooms are located upstairs and are clean & comfortable. We also have a finished basement that has a twin bed and 2 queen air mattress. Very easy self-check in and check-out (just load the dishwasher & take out the trash)! *Please Note: -We do not have a large tv or cable so if you want to spend part of your weekend watching NFL or college football from the comfort of a couch our place is not for you! Streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Discovery+, Peacock) are available for your viewing pleasure. -We have four chickens in a coop located in the back corner of the back yard. All chickens are female (no loud roosters) and friendly. Please do not go in the coop or let the chickens into the yard, but feel free to say hello if you're interested. -We also have a beta fish that lives in the mint bedroom. You will not need to tend to our animals during your stay.
