Great little spot in a nice neighborhood just outside the city centre. Kenzo was great with communication, check in was simple and the room was spotless. We had a great few days in Edinburgh and would recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Such a great location! Very central, but really peaceful at night, and set in a beautiful historic neighbourhood. Easy walking to shopping, nightlife, and city attractions and historic sites. You really don't need a car if you stay here, but if you have one, pay close attention to the advance instructions about parking costs and locations. City of Edinburgh don't make it easy or cheap (not the hosts' fault!).

Lovely stay in this quiet and peaceful studio, moments from the fantastic high street in Bruntsfield, with its lovely restaurants and shops. Well located studio with easy checkin and a very comfortable stay, would recommend. Kenzo was also a very responsive host for any questions.

Es war bei Kenzo sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich, nichts fehlte. Tolles Studio in wunderbarer ruhiger Lage. Ganz wunderbar dick und flauschig : die Handtücher im Bad ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt in Edinburgh.

We had such a great stay in Kenzo’s place. Check in was really easy, it’s in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Only thing that knocked a star off was the shower, as the temperature/pressure wasn’t great. But would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re after a good base to explore Edinburgh
