Le quartier est très mal fréquenté et l’un des plus dangereux de sfax a ce qui parait. Le studio est un garage transformé. Une très forte odeurs d’animaux est présente dans les lieux et la personne chargée du checkin in est un homme très très curieux chose qui nous laisser très mal à l’aise.

The studio was clean and looked like the pictures. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the apartment. The owners gave us an insecticide, we used it, it helped for a while. But every 2-3 days cockroaches came back, so we had to use the insecticide again and again. We liked easy check-in and check-out. Communication was easy — Hamdi speaks English. Also we liked a small garden. But the street is too noisy during the day because of traffic (at night it is okay). Also there was a strange incident: a man was working outside the apartment, he was doing something with the wall (very noisy) in front of our door… it was 5:00 am. It was impossible to sleep. When I asked him why so early, he said it would be hot for him to work during the day. Wi-Fi was good. We used a washing machine in the building, it is free of charge. There are a lot of small stores nearby.

The bathroom seems in a different room but it’s on the middle of the house and kinda transparent. I wish I knew before.. One night, someone tried to enter our house. I think he was drunk and just missed his house entrance but either it was terrible seconds. The neighborhood is not very safe

Gute Unterkunft, haben uns wohlgefühlt. Unkomplizierter Check in und check out,schnelle Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!
