10/10 from the hostess, the apartment & the surrounding area. Right outside the front door is a strip of restaurants and condado beach is a block over with many different entrances. Also they have boogie boards & towels for the beach, perfect for the waves at condado beach. It’s the best bank for your buck.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Communication with Mr.Sebastian was seamless, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family absolutely loved our stay here. We did have a baby with us and so I would say to those looking to stay with a toddler that is very curious about things, to be cautious of the sliding door to the patio. We also had a couple of power outages which was difficult getting to the 8th floor, carrying a baby and any other items you had with you but that's Island living frankly, which our family was accustomed to. Just something to consider if you've never experienced that before. Overall we really liked their stay and would definitely come back.

The location was perfect, apartment is in great condition and Sebastian was amazing & responded to any questions we had promptly. My only comment is that, as you may be aware Puerto Rico is an Island that tends to have power outages. The Building nor the apartment have a generator so if you have a power outage you will have to go down and up the stairs 8 floors. For our stay, we lost power 2 out 4 for days and each one lasted between 6-12 hours. Because the lost of power, water will also stop running (toilets, sink, shower etc.) after 4-5 hours without power. The apartment has great ventilation so it felt cool even without AC.
