Brenna and Nick were extremely responsive. Check in was a breeze and the place was spotless. The bathroom was nicely redone and the laundry in unit was a welcome feature after a long trip. Location was also 15mins walking from the French Quarter, which was a nice excursion. Some things to consider: there are homeless people in the area. The rental is just off the Esplanade, a Main Street in the area. Relative to other places in NOLA, I didn’t feel too unsafe but others may feel differently. Also the cleaning fee (+$50) felt steep for the unit and was a value detractor of my one night stay decrease. Overall, for those staying a bit longer in the area and wanting a walkable experience to the many great parts of NOLA, I think Brenna and Nick’s would be a great consideration.

Excellent location. A cozy little apartment, exactly as described. The apartment was one quick bus ride away from a bunch of restaurants, bars and live music. The neighborhood was relaxed with multiple coffee shops within walking distance. The bus to Frenchmen St was not far away and the trolley was within a further walking distance as well. The hosts were extremely responsive and quick to offer a solution. Very hospitable and caring. My only downside was the slow internet which was an issue because I was visiting for work. The hosts quickly worked to ameliorate the situation which is greatly appreciated. Everything was a 5 besides the wifi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place! Everything we needed (including a comfortable bed!) and thoroughly clean. Will be sure to stay here when we are back in NOLA again!

The place was clean and cozy. Perfect for two people, had everything we needed. Also it was such a cute place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to New Orleans.
