Non posso recensire la struttura perché non mi è stato permesso nemmeno entrarci. Voglio spiegare la mia esperienza nel dettaglio così che non possa essere fraintesa, visto che l’host è pronta a definire la gente maleducata non appena ne ha l’occasione. Prima di effettuare la prenotazione ho contattato la signora per avere istruzioni per il check in dato che io e il mio ragazzo avevamo intenzione di arrivare in struttura sul tardi. La signora molto gentilmente mi risponde che il check in si svolge in modo “self” e che l’orario di arrivo non era un problema. Appurato ciò, mi accingo a prenotare. Nello stesso momento in cui ho effettuato il pagamento, la signora mi dice che la stanza non era disponibile perché era già stata prenotata e per una sua dimenticanza la stanza da me pagata risultava libera su airb&b. Così, con educazione, le dico che non c’erano problemi e che aspettavo un suo rimborso così avrei potuto prenotare altrove. La signora temporeggiava e al che inizio ad innervosirmi per la mancanza di professionalità e la esorto a farmi un bonifico di rimborso (dopo avermi già rovinato il weekend). In sintesi: questa cosa è successa sabato 30/07/2022 (e la signora mi aveva confermato di aver effettuato un bonifico di rimborso in quel giorno) e i soldi mi sono arrivati solo il giovedì della settimana successiva dopo ulteriori reclami tra airb&b e messaggi indirizzati alla signora che si è mostrata di estrema maleducazione e saccenza nei confronti di mio padre cercando di spiegare (lei ad un ragioniere) che il bonifico ha dei tempi di elaborazione. Peccato che il bonifico è stato effettuato in data 01/08/2022 e non il 30/07/2022 (data in cui mi ha annullato la prenotazione). Sarebbe bastato effettuare un bonifico istantaneo (che le sarebbe costato qualcosa in più) ma ci avrebbe sicuramente fatto una figura migliore. La struttura è sicuramente molto carina e valida, ma la mancanza di professionalità dell’host non ha scusanti.

Very cosy and comfortable stay in the heart of Mesagne, while still feeling private and reasonably quiet. Lorena is a friendly host who came to greet us on arrival and was easy to get in touch with. The breakfast included was a nice assortment of pastries and the coffee machine was appreciated! The bathroom and shower were particularly nice! It does say that there is free parking on premises and free street parking which there is not. Onsite parking doesn't exist, while street parking is paid only and the car cannot be left overnight without getting fined (on weekends). Lorena suggested parking by the cemetery which is free but also a 15 minute walk away. We wanted to use the induction hob but could not because the pot and pan provided were not induction compatible.

Lorena's apartment is beautiful, super clean, tidy and well located in the city centre. Lorena was super flexible with my arrival and was always up to answer queries and questions. Great host!

Located in the very historical city center, the flat is nice and cozy. The streets are calm, and the flat is well isolated from the sounds of the restaurant near the place. The flat offers a large bed, a desk and a nice and clean kitchen. The bathroom is really nice, particularly the shower. Clean towels and bed sheets are available, as well as a breakfast for two. Lorena is available for any questions and flexible for check in (face to face). The check out is done with a lock box. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Mesagne.

Casetta molto piccola ma essenziale. Forse da migliorare qualcosa, per esempio il condizionatore che è davvero rumoroso. Per il resto tutto ok, ottima posizione e la proprietaria molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.
