The host was very accommodating and enjoyable to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. We had easy access in and out of the house and the room was large with all the amenities needed.

There is a reason Kara is listed as a Super Host. I’ve stayed in many air b-n-bs over the years but none have compared to this one. The house is exquisitely furnished with period pieces yet it is homey, cozy, and inviting. Kara is an incredibly warm and gracious hostess who thinks of every comfort and need a guest could want. The continental breakfast is plentiful with a variety of coffees, muffins, and bagels. I loved every minute of my stay here and would come back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend staying here. It’s an experience you won’t forget!!!

Everything about this place was TERRIFIC! Great location -- walk to the downtown, restaurants, art galleries, farmers' market! Short drive to many hikes on the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. 1890s house with lots of personality and character. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the parlor. Our hostess, Kara, was wonderful from start to finish. Had all sorts of information for us, extremely helpful, made a dinner reservation for us and even had them put a personalized birthday greeting on our menu! Complimentary breakfasts were great -- fresh fruit and muffins and local homemade jams and fresh juice. Can't recommend this place enough!

My stay at Kara’s home was perfect from the days leading to check in through after check out. Her attention to detail is second to none and the accommodations are so comfortable. Her communication is amazing. The location is perfect for all things Bedford and beyond! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
