The location is outside of free tram zone, no super market is around, cooking area is not allow to use. Washing machine and the bath tub is full of mould and unpleasant hairs… 位置没有说的这么好，不算在市中心，也没有免费电车坐。 厨房里的东西是不能用的，要用只能用自己的锅，卫生间很多不明毛发，洗衣机都长霉的，浴室沐浴露都是兑水的，空点遥控器都不给用，只让用电风扇… 退房那天一大早我都没说退房，房东就来把被子床单收走了…

Pip was the perfect host. He allowed us to check-in early and went for a short walk to introduce the neighbourhood. Cute cafes and restaurants around the area, good enough for our breakfasts/dinner, and cheaper than the inner city. The place was also just a short walk to the 58/57 trams to the city. In short, it felt like a cozy home.

Pip is a super host, he made us very wellcome the moment we arrived very early in the morning. Not very usual you can check in at 8 in the morning but much appreciated since we arrived from overseas. Very relaxed and friendly athmosphere and we had a cup of tea while we waited for our room beeing prepared. We knew we are living in with our host and that was no problem what so ever infact, all the information we got from Pip was very much appreciated. His wealth of local knowledge made visiting Melbourne that much more interesting. Thank you Pip.

Pip is a nice chap but in his efforts to be agreeable and keep everyone happy can get in a muddle. We did have a comfy bed and a good shower. There are nice communal spaces and location is great. After travel from UK he had asked us to check in and come and drop bags between 8 and 9am. We could not get in on arrival, doorbell broken, and we needed to use air bnb support for the first time ever. Pip did apologise but had been up partying until the early hours of the morning by his own admission and did not answer his phone or any messages until a few hours later when we gained access. No clear checkout time - just getting our selves together after 3 nights before 9 am when asked to give bedding and towels and next guests sitting waiting to get in. Inbetween Pip very friendly and helpful with suggestions but I really think needs to run more as a business and take responsibilities and timings more seriously.

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! Pip is an incredible host with a wonderful knowledge of and love for Melbourne. He was fantastic at sharing all the local transport information and top spots. If you want to do your own thing, he is very happy to accommodate that too. A generally and genuinely just lovely guy, with a huge love for people and the world! As a lone traveller I was a bit worried about staying on my own, but I was so welcomed and made to feel very at home from the second I arrived. The space is beautiful, and in a really lovely area. Well connected, but also peaceful. Victoria markets are really close, free trams into the city, bars, cafés, restaurants... There's so much more I could say, but trying to share the information that's important when reading reviews. I've made a friend for life and I would recommend his place to anyone. Thank you Pip, see you again soon!
