This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Rugged landscape, walkable beach when tide is out and good road for walking if the tide is high. The place itself is extremely comfortable and really pretty, with loads of touches for your comfort. You have a little balcony and a great view. I loved staying there.

What a wonderful place to stay! John and Linda have thought of everything, and added so many special touches. What a beautiful space full of thoughtful things (local books, beautiful dinnerware, spotless linens, comfortable beds, a lovely living space). We would have enjoyed more time in this special home away from home! Thank you for the early morning cinnamon buns, and the other treats. We would definitely come back if we are ever travelling this way again. Thank you so much!

The Snug was the perfect stop on our whirlwind tour through New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. We wanted a place to relax and recharge amidst a busy week of touring. The Snug fit the bill! It’s off the beaten path and offered quiet, relaxation, and endless salt air. We enjoyed waking miles down the red sand beach and cozying up in The Snug drinking tea and reading. John and Linda have done a fabulous job decorating the space. There is so many special pieces of furniture and decor all thoughtfully labeled with descriptions of their origin. It was fun to take it all in. Linda was so kind in welcoming us and providing some local knowledge and recommendations. And the cookies and cinnamon rolls were the cherry on top. We would definitely recommend The Snug to anyone looking for a peaceful, off the beaten path getaway.

We LOVED staying at the Snug! Linda and John are superb hosts who made us feel welcome. The suite is absolutely charming and spotlessly clean. Soft music was playing upon our arrival. There were beautiful antiques and lovely decorations chosen to make guests feel welcome and cozy. It felt as though everything we could ever have needed was already thought of and present! What a delight to have coffees, teas, and even fresh cream in the fridge!! We hated to leave this special place!!
