A very large and bright apartment suitable for a large group of guests, the location of the apartment is excellent and it is very close to entertainment centers. We needed a late check-out, so Gore kindly agreed to let us stay in the apartment until 13:00. The apartment has only two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom and the other is a shared bathroom. The negative point is that only the bathroom in the master room has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a jacuzzi and hand shower, but no wall shower. There are beds for seven people in apartment, except for one queen-size bed and one single bed, the rest of the beds have very old and uncomfortable mattresses whose springs can be felt and the beds make noise with the slightest movement. All the sofas are very dirty, old and uncomfortable, and except for the red sofa that needs to be cleaned, the other sofas really need to be replaced.

A fantastic stay in the heart of Yerevan! This centrally located accommodation provided the perfect base for exploring the city.
