There is one house of 57 m2 comprising a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen, dining area, open fire place and a bathroom with bathtub. Furthermore a covered terrace with barbecue. The second house is a studio of approx. 32 m2. On the ground floor you will find a sitting area with couch and a bathroom with shower, plus a sleeping loft with a double bed. We had the best time and Sonja was very kind and helpful.
We had a great time there. The place was super clean, everything exactly as advertised. Great beds. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Lots of space. Within 20min of car ride you have beaches, shops and everything you need. Basketball court is located 600m from the house. Highly recommended.
La réservation se fait via une agence mais nous arrivons chez l'habitant sur place. Les propriétaires sont super accueillants et disponibles. Les 3 petites maisons étaient très propres. L'espace commun pour manger était très agréable et nous pouvons en profiter toute la soirée vu les températures élevées. Super pour les soirées entre amis. Merci pour les petites attentions tout au long de la semaine (proposition changement d'essuies, dégustation de produits locaux,...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Great location for a relaxed stay with a bigger group of people. The owners Sonja and Rade are a super lovely, welcoming couple taking care of everything with a lot of heart. Very good german and english communication . thanks for having us :)
It was a beautiful vacation. The house is very cozy and made with heart. But the main thing is its owners, Sonia and Rade, amazing people with their energy. After spending time with them you will want to come back again and again. Thank you for everything ❤️

The beautiful property consits of four lovely stone houses, located on an estate of 2300 m2. The well-kept garden features a bocce lane and a covered terrace with barbecue and dining area – the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals. In easy reach of the bustling town of Poreč, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet in the small village of Rakovci, but it’s only a short drive to the restaurants, beaches and bars of Poreč. Although it might be quite crowded in the summer season, you should not miss to take a walk through the historic town with its narrow, cobbled streets.
