We will absolutely stay in Kaitlin’s home again when visiting Playa. The location is perfect (walking distance to 5th, a ton of restaurants, and an amazing local market). The space actually seemed larger than in the pictures and the lock-off studio is a great benefit if you’re traveling as multiple couples / families. The pool is super refreshing after a day of activities!

Great place to stay while in PDC! Felt very comfortable. Lots of locations very walkable; grocery store, bank, beach, popular 5th Ave, bus/shuttle stop from/to airport and neighboring towns.

location is excellent, nearby some great restaurants and la Quinta. Short walk to the beach and to 38th as well. Very close to Mega grocery store but I recommend making the walk to Chedraui. The home worked well for our family of 4 and our friend couple who used the separate room. It was nice to cool down in the pool after a long day. Kaitlin is very responsive and good about following up. If you're looking for a good location it doesn't get much better.

The house was perfect for my group. Close enough to everything (walkable to 5th ave, the beach, bus stations, Walmart, etc), but still off the beaten path enough that it was quiet and private. The pool outside was a nice bonus. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked. Good AC. Everything clean and comfortable. Kaitlin was great, leading up to our stay and during our stay. She answered all of our questions quickly and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Wohnung von Kaitlin verbracht und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt die Wohnung ist wie in den Bilder beschrieben es ist kein Luxus aber eine makellose Wohnung ideal für eine Familien sie ist wirklich sauber und hat alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal zu Supermärkten und der 5th Avenue auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit und fußläufig erreichbar trotz der Nähe zu allen Attraktionen ist es sehr ruhig und Privat in der Wohnung wir hatten eine tolle Zeit die Freundlichkeit und die schnelle Reaktion von Kaitlin als Gastgeberin ist stark hervorzuheben sie findet aufjede Frage eine passende Antwort
