This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed our trip so much, and the accommodations were adequate.....but I would say that the upstairs bedroom is quite hot, and the AC is just not big enough to handle that area. Also, I was unable to change the temp it would not change from 72 degrees which was not a comfortable temperature. Other than that everything else was nice. Kitchen area is very nice. The price was very reasonable also! The neighborhood is somewhat run-down which was sort of a shock to us when we pulled in the first night....but as it turned out the neighborhood was very quiet and much better in the daytime than it looked at night. We love the fact that we were staying in one of Chip and Joanna's Fixer Upper houses. So that was really fun. Thank you, and if we ever come back to that area we will definitely stay in one of these again.

We were so excited to stay in the “Giraffe House”! It was very clean and easy to get into! It had great space and big rooms that comfortably housed everyone in our group. The only complaints were that the living room furniture didn’t match the pictures and was not comfortable for our group to sit and watch movies in the evening. We wish it would have been more homey. But we will still stay again! Super happy to be able to experience a piece of Fixer Upper!

Our girls trip was made even more special by staying in the Giraffe House that was on the show Fixer Upper. The place is beautiful, cozy and a wonderful place to stay. Mere minutes from anywhere we wanted to go with its central location. I definitely recommend the house we stayed in as well as the Waco Vacation Rentals. 5 stars!!!
