Het is mooi groot huis. Grote living met keuken en ruime eettafel. Drie volwaardige slaapkamers met ieder een eigen toilet en badkamer. Wij waren met twee personen dus ruimte zat. De airco op de slaapkamer maken nogal wat geluid. Voor een lichte slapers raad ik oordopjes aan. Tamara reageerde snel en accuraat. Haar moeder die vlak bij woont is behulpzaam en komt graag even langs om te kijken of alles naar de zin is. De buurt zijn veel honden, trouwens op heel Samoa, die laten graag van zich horen. Voor American Samoa is dit het beste onderkomen. Het ligt erg centraal op het eiland. We raden dit huis iedereen aan.

Overall Tamara’s place was ok. We had some issues with intenet but got them somewhat resolved. Part of it is your on an island. There were not clear instructions written out for how to access the internet I had to message Tamara and still had some issues but they got resolved. Towards the end of our month long stay I knew that the electricity meter was running out and contacted Tamara to let her know. This was on a Saturday. All I got was ok as a response. Sunday morning no power and it took till late in the afternoon to get it back on. As I see it this could have been avoided if there would have been more communication on Saturday.

Tamara, the host helped us at the 11th hour organizing the rental and her support was outstanding! We made new friends, learned about the culture, and enjoyed the great scenery.

Reservations were easily made on here. Tamara was always in constant communication with clear instructions. We had a hiccup checking in only because we didn't know that we had to get an international sim before landing. Coming from the US mainland, our mobile data did not work in Samoa. Luckily, we made it to the airbnb with help from our car rental company. Finau, our hostess, was phenomenal and greeted us warmly. She ensured the home was ready for us. We loved having an attached bathroom with each bedroom. The washer and dryer worked properly with no issues. Detergent was provided. The kitchen had your essentials. Neighborhood was the perfect backdrop. Neighbors were friendly, and in the short time, we made friends for life. Made friends with the neighborhood dogs. They don't bother anyone. The roosters do love to crow, though. Highly recommend this location. Tamara and Finau are the best. Thank you both for making us feel at home.

This was the perfect place for us and a great central location for exploring American Samoa. Conveniently close to the main road, airport, food places, and easy to get to the west side or go into Pago Pago and the east side. The hostess waiting for us at check in was so nice and available if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. The house was clean, nice AC, and good kitchen for cooking. I really enjoyed staying in this house in a village versus a hotel!!!
