This property is right on the beach, if i had to estimate about 300ft more or less. Room is on the 1st flr, this was last minute for us so we didnt have many choice a month out for our dates, we did not have any issues with other than the view would have been better if we were on a higher flr. Pros - out the porch/ back door you are outside and on the beach. Cons - being on the 1st flr and also have to go thru the restaurant outdoor seating area to get to the walkway to the beach the other side is the pool area. Now to the condo/ room itself, could use some updating but thats just my opinion. For the most part condo was clean. Everything was functional, and working. House keeping needs to be checked up on, found hair on bedding when we were about to go to bed and ended up washing the beddings not good when its about midnight already. We had both units A and B and it was plenty of room for the 12 of us. With the rental we had umbrella and beach chair setup which was great. Onsite restaurant is great, food is amazing. Grocery stores within a mile or two so close. Overall we had a good time and a great experience being right on the beach which was our main requirement.
