Great location right on the lake. Kids loved the game room and the massage chair was a hit. We rented a boat and pulled it right up to dock. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Really enjoy our stay at the huge brick house on the lake. Big lake front property on Lake Anna that has large rooms and 3 floors of fun. The house sits right on the water with a dock. Crazy Japanese massage chair in the living room. TVs throughout. Game room in the basement with walk out to the fenced in back yard. Huge kitchen that is well stocked and lots of seating outside on the deck and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards provided. Lucks road is narrow as is the driveway entrance so it's tricky for a long truck with a trailer to enter and exit the property.

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable! Their team has added great amenities, the kids loved the basement playroom. The kids and Adults loved the massage chair. The boat dock was very well equipped and easy to get in and out of with our boat rental. I would recommend bringing cleaning supplies as there were none provided for the evening clean up after dinner and come prepared with your own streaming login information for watching TV or a game. They have a roku Tv but we weren’t successful in figuring it out.

Very relaxing. Wonderful amenities for the kids. Access to the kayaks and floats was amazing! Bathroom floors were not very clean, but not something we couldn’t take care if. Some problems with the upstairs air conditioning at night, and we notified the appropriate parties. Absolutely loved this home and all it offered. Can’t wait to go back next year!!
