Always a great location!
Brian's place is not ready for prime time. There were problems with it being dirty, having bugs in the bed, (I don't think they were bed bugs because they were jumping) spiders on the ceiling. It wasn't safe as we couldn't lock the deadbolt from inside the unit.
Great communicator! Great location!
Great Location and a really good living space. Everything was as described. Several little things that needed repair. A portable AC unit was located inside the unit, kind of in the way. Overall it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again.
