非常善良友好的房东！给我们留下了深刻印象。房东将自己的住房租给我们住，对我们充满信任。这个住房安全性非常好，出门马路对面就是地铁站，到巴黎任何一个地方都非常方便。屋内设施齐全，尤其是厨房，简直是应有尽有，早上自己准备早餐超容易。 有机会再来巴黎一定会继续住这里，有朋友来巴黎也建议他们住这里。 谢谢Richard

The apartment is beautiful and perfectly laid out for four people. It is an incredibly elegant space — bright and airy — and the views are unsurpassed. Every day the skies are different which makes the view even more alluring. The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals — and some of the city’s best markets are very close (Marché Richard Lenoir and the Marché d’Aligre). There is a Métro stop right across the street, and the apartment is an easy walking distance to the lively Marais neighborhood. Being that the apartment is on the eleventh floor, having two elevators was very convenient. The beds are very comfortable and it was really nice to have two toilets (one full bath and one toilette and a separate shower room). Richard and Stella were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were greeted by Salea (who helps manage the property for Richard and Stella); she was cheerful and very helpful getting us oriented. We recommend this apartment withou

We cannot say enough positive words regarding our stay at Richard and Stella’s home. We were there a little more than two weeks, and it felt like our home while we were there. The building is very secure, with multiple secured doors to enter the apartment. The metro station just outside was incredibly convenient. The nearby supermarkets and Bastille market made keeping the kitchen stocked easy. The balcony and views were amazing. We highly recommend this location for a perfect Parisian stay.

What a delightful place to spend a few weeks in Paris! The view over the city is simply stunning, even better than can be captured in photos. There is nothing like watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from your balcony on a summer evening. The apartment itself is quite spacious for Paris, with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one shower room plus separate toilet room — not to mention a well-appointed kitchen. The air conditioning is such a helpful ammenity, of course, and it functions beautifully. The neighborhood is great, with easy access to the metro and walkability to so many good restaurants within 10 minutes. Expect that it will take you about 20 minutes via metro or about 35 minutes walking to reach the center (e.g., Notre Dame), but that seems totally reasonable in a city like Paris. Worth knowing: if you have little children, this is not the place for you, as much of the decor in the apartment is glass, but the apartment was perfect (we have older kids).
