This house was very dirty. When I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, Adam yelled at me over the phone and countered by requesting 700 dollars in damages. We left the house in good order by wiping down the counter, taking out the trash, doing the dishes and putting our used towels in the bathroom. He objected to our clean 30 pound dog sleeping on one of the beds, even though the listing said it was pet friendly.

Adam is great. Very nice. Whenever I needed to reach Adam he was very quick to respond. Me and some friends went to Manresa State Beach and this was the perfect location being only 10minutes away from the beach!

The location is great. A 2 minute drive to Beer Can beach. The house is large but not fancy.

Stayed for a wedding at seascape and was perfect and in walking distance. Quiet area so not good spot for parties which was fine because we were just using it as a place to crash for the weekend and parties were elsewhere
