The place is incredible - the views are breathtaking and the location allows for lower temperature and a nice breeze even on hottest days. It does get very very windy if the wind starts on the island - better keep everything inside the day before if you see a wind advisory so you don't have to shuffle at 5am to retrieve your belongings:) Also one thing to note is that there are no indoor stairs between the rooms below and the kitchen/living room area. Not an issue at all for us as the weather was lovely and the house is incredible. Thank you!!

Fantastic villa in a stunning location overlooking Vulcano Island - our holiday didn’t get off to the best of starts when Mt Etna erupted causing Catania airport to close. Sophia was very quick to respond as we made new arrangements to get there, and once we arrived were very happy hanging out by the lovely secluded swimming pool for the first 2 days. We were there in peak season in August so avoided the busier beaches, we did hire a speed boat to get to some stunning swimming and snorkelling spots off Salina. All in all highly recommend!

Casa molto bella e accogliente soprattutto perché in una posizione molto panoramica e tranquilla. Le zone all’aperto sono sicuramente il punto di forza della casa che con la piscina raggiungono l’apice. Maddalena e Pippo che sono il contatto in loco vi accoglieranno e vi accudiranno per tutto il soggiorno con grande affabilità, consigli utili, contatti e prontezza nel soddisfare le vostre esigenze. Consigliamo di muovervi in auto perché la strada che porta all’alloggio è veramente ripida. Non perdetevi il tramonto su Alicudi e Filicudi dall’ osservatorio vulcanologico. Oltre ogni aspettativa.

Le logement était idéal, avec une vue splendide et un couché de soleil magnifique à l'observatoire à qqs pas. Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine est présent. La literie est bonne, et l'air conditionné nous a permis d'avoir de très bonnes nuits malgré la canicule exceptionnelle lors de notre séjour. Les pièces à vivre sont bien ventilées, et la piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons fait le choix de louer des voitures en raison de la canicule, mais une navette de bus passe bien plusieurs fois par jour. L'accueil était parfait, avec notamment le nécessaire pour commencer la semaine, dont plusieurs packs d'eau. Nos hôtes sur place étaient des perles : aidant, accueillants et sympathiques.

A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay in this beautiful villa. We particularly enjoyed the short walk to watch the stunning sunset at the observatory less than 5 minutes away, and the stunning views. The bus into town was cheap and reliable- we timed most of our activities easily around the bus schedule as there are only 5 per day. We really appreciated Pippo and Madelena the villa managers, the villa was spotlessly clean and they were always on hand to help. Highly recommended
