A great place to stay and extremely well hosted by Tom. House is full of character and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location for walks from the front door and the games room is certainly an added bonus. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely extended family Easter Break covering ages from 3yrs through to 74yrs. The two little girls (as did the big girls) loved the whole experience, from a very welcome invite to groom & ride the owners pony, collecting the chicken eggs and running around the garden. Easy walking distance (half an hour) to 2 local pubs, the Beer Engine was great, lovely food & very nice staff. We had great walks in the country side despite the unsettled weather. Tom & particularly Janine, along with their family were so lovely and welcoming they made our whole weekend totally relaxing & fun. The house was perfect, it was very well equipped and the Aga & electric oven were very easy to use. We would go back in a heart beat.

We have had a great time meeting up with family in this lovely old mill house. The heating and hot water are very efficient and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed lovely dinners around the large dining table and the children were able to have their own space with televisions in two rooms. We had lots of fun with the table football and playing pool which became very competitive especially among the adults. The ducks and hens kept the youngsters attention for a while and we enjoyed some lovely walks locally. We found the property easily with Janine's directions, Toms wife, and she met us there to show us round the property and answer any questions we had. All in all a great experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful property or staying there again. Many thanks Janine and Tom for your hospitality!
