Really an amazing place! The house is very nice, even better than the pictures. The location is perfect if you are looking for a beach holiday (the beautiful beach is 1min walk from the house) and also 10min taxi ride from Hoi An old town, rice fields etc. Linh is super responsive and also proactive to help arrange the excursions/driver. The restaurant just outside the house is super good and also so many other good restaurants walking distance. Will definitely come back!

Great location if the sun is shining but unfortunately we had 3 days of solid rain for our stay and everything in the house felt damp but I appreciate the weather can’t be helped! There were a few areas like the bathrooms that could do with a bit of a refresh but everything else was good. Lovely restaurant opposite where we ate most days & really easy to get to Hoi A from this location. I imagine in the sun the beach is fabulous but unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it but there was plenty to do locally to entertain us.

The location is unbelievable and has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. I initially thought the pool might be overkill, but we used to regularly cool off there in the afternoon as there is great shade at this time of year on one side. The aircon failed during our stay which was inconvenient, but Linh was very quick to have someone attend. On the down-side, the 4th bedroom is 2 floors up via a narrow staircase (hard to navigate with a suitcase) and the lounge is slightly too small if you have any more than 4 people staying - and we had 5. Honestly this is the best location on the best beach close to Hoi An.

Die Villa war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind tatsächlich nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand! In der Umgebung gibt es auch leckere Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte. Lynh hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und uns Informationen zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung geben. Bei Rückfragen war sie immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert.
