The service was very disappointing and muddled. The night before i arrived in Hong Kong i was informed that my room had been changed due to a damaged bed. This was inconvenient but tempered by the fact the room was upgraded. When i went to my original flat i accidentally locked my keys in the temporary room. I was in a rush as i was late for work and the Wing Kong Holdings staff all showed patent indifference to my plight. They made me wait outside in the stinking hot foyer until exactly 9am and then when i was let in was not served for 5 minutes whilst they chatted amongst themselves. Extremely infuriating. Upon getting to my room i found that my promised "air conditioner" was about as effective as me waving my hand in front of my face. It was stinking hot and the email i sent requesting a replacement was ignored. In summary the service is very sloppy and room didn't have aircon that was promised. Other than that it was ok.
