Chris’s place was exactly as advertised and way worth the price! Everything you could need or want was within 15 minutes or less from the house. It was perfect for a last minute getaway, and the trip to Gulf Shores was not bad at all (even on Memorial Day weekend). Would stay again!

This is a place to stay for pretty cheap. Everything is small and old. It’s not pretty but decorated well. Floors are uneven, bathroom is so small that if you’re 6 foot or taller you will need to sit sideways to use the toilet. Bed and pillows were not my favorite, but may be yours. There were a few guys yelling in the street multiple times. Several loud sound systems in and out the neighborhood. You park on the street but it was relatively safe. For the money if you are looking for a safe place to stay for cheap in Mobile it’s probably a good fit.

It is an old house with a lot of history and yes, some imperfections. However, if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, look no further. The pictures and listed amenities are exactly what you’ll find. The proximity to downtown was great. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, but I had no issues during my stay and felt safe. Chris was very responsive and is a great host. The next time I am visiting Mobile, I will definitely look to rent this one again!

Chris was super nice and if I needed anything he was amazingly helpful the place is very nice a lot to do around it as well!
