More or less as described in the photos and the agency running the airbnb is responsive. It was reasonably clean however the kitchenware was filled with grime. If you contact the agency they will come and wipe the floor and change the sheets. There is little storage as most cupboards are locked. It is no more than 10 minutes walk from Hinduja Hospital and a quick cab ride to Bandhra/BKC/Airport. However, Mahim is not a great area, the apartment building is very dirty/smelly with many rats and the street is noisy 24/7. There are very few good restaurants in the area if you're vegetarian. The owner lives next door and is very helpful/friendly, however she often entered the apartment while we were away to turn off the wifi and cable box, or use the fridge. You are also required to switch on a water pump for the apartment at 8pm every day for about an hour which is incredibly noisy, if you are away the owner enters the apartment and does this for you. Overall, expensive for what it is.
