Second time staying here! Actually came here for our anniversary and my partner and I have no regrets. Such a beautiful and cute place, big size, all the amenities you need, quiet and peaceful, outdoor area is so pretty and the cats are adorable, you have AC/heat, great water pressure in the shower, everything that you see in the pictures is present when you stay here. It’s also super clean!! Lizz and Raul are both just so kind and welcoming. My partner and I are actually moving to the area soon so while we may not stay here again, we will always cherish the memories we had here! If we weren’t moving, we would 1000% stay here again. This is the best and most affordable place to stay in Escondido. We drove to long beach, SD, PB, carlsbad, poway, even Fallbrook. This place is truly right in the middle of everything so please stay here you’ll have the best time!

I loved the homey but compact feel of Lizz’s place. So many Airbnb’s are sterile, what little art there is being clearly cheap, mass produced, undersized for the space, uninspired. This place is a little funky in the best cozy way.

Lizz and Raul were great hosts with lots of great recommendations for things to do and where to go to get groceries, etc! They are just good, fun people to have a conversation with. The apartment was well stocked and very homey! Lizz has everything labeled so there isn't any chance to make a mistake and doesn't leave one questioning anything! I would highly recommend this gem of a place for anyone who wants to have a small apartment to stay at that's private, quiet, and a good amount of room to stretch out! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

This is a nice little spot if you just want to go and chill and watch some movies after a long day spent at the beach or out and about. Everything was so nice and cleaned and lovely.
