Very nice and modern place. We really liked it. Only inconvenience was that we were with 2 small children’s and the skis and to reach out the ski room and the main road was quite challenging due to the stairs. But other than this, it was an excellent place. We recommend it.

It was amazing stay and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Zinal. Beautiful Hotel. الفندق جميل و نظيف و موقعه ممتاز،وكل المستلزمات موحده في الشقه .توجد هناك مطاعم و كوفيهات ،ويطل على النهر و الجو جميل جداً ويوجد بعض الفعاليات في المنطقه ،و ننصحكم اذا زرتو هذه المنطقه زيارت هاذا الفندق الرائع جداً .💯

The place was beautiful. Our first impression was great, and we loved the flowing water view from nearly every window of the appartment. There were a few downsides - I left multiple messages on Airbnb well before check in, but no one replied. Asked about an iron, which they didn’t have, and a kettle, which they did. When checking in, the receptionist had mentioned we have to take out our trash, which we found very unusual. As tourists, we don’t really have any place to take our trash. I then had a look at the check out sheet and it did not mention this. It only said to dispose of our trash appropriately, which we did very neatly near the bin of the house. We made sure not to leave trash throughour the appartment. Bedsheets had to be taken off, and kitchen plates and cutlery had to be cleaned, dried, and put back into their places, even though we pay for cleaning in the total price. This felt a little unfair, and unusual for an Airbnb. One room also had a dead moth, and food crumbs.
