Evergreen Cottage is located in Midtown and is close to Overton Square, Cooper-Young, Downtown and a short walk to parks, restaurants, grocery stores & more. We've included a guide for you that tells you more about the property along with recommendations for restaurants, music & attractions. High-speed internet, TV channels (Youtube TV), Netflix, a record player/Bluetooth speaker and Alexa are included. You have the entire home to yourself. The place does include free parking and is kid friendly! Upon booking you'll receive a code for the smart lock & security system. The security system does include a camera outside. Our cleaning crew uses COVID-compliant cleaning supplies. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap are usually compatible with sensitive skin however please let us know if you have special allergy requirements. The kitchen includes an all-in-one coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and dishware. Towels, toilet paper, paper towels are provided. Each bedroom has storage, a dresser, or drawers. We want you to have a quality sleep experience. The sheets for the King beds are from bamboo, the sheets for the daybed (which converts to a king) & the Queen air mattress are also very comfortable and have a high thread count. The pillows are hotel-quality and comfortable (medium/firm). The pillows in the shams are softer and also comfortable. The duvets are high quality and warm and soft. A sleep sound machine is included in each bedroom. Each room also has a luggage rack. Alexa includes a subscription to Amazon Music and a variety of records are included for you to play on the record player (please follow the operating instructions under the record player lid or guidebook).
