Great spot!! We stayed here with three kids aged 5, 3 and 1. It was a great spot to be with kids. Starfish point is so close and it is like an ocean wading pool, perfect for those ages. Victoria's place was super well equipped with an infant life jacket, pool noodles, floaty boards, games, puzzles and all the regular air BNB things. Being just beside a great little restaurant was perfect too. And taking the ferry over to Camana Bay was a great cheap outing for the kids. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of Victoria's Rum Point condo. You can't beat being able to walk out directly onto the beach with lots of starfish. Our 1 year old had a great time at the pool. Be aware future travelers that Rum Point is very isolated compared to the rest of Cayman and also closes early (8pm for the local restaurants) so make sure to do your grocery shopping in Georgetown and have meals planned ahead of time. We had a great stay at this Kaibo condo. You could not ask for a better location on the North Side of the island. We walked right out to the beach every morning and were greeted by starfish. The kids loved seeing the sea stars and hermit crabs and other fish. We also walked over to Kaibo Yacht Club coffee bar every morning for coffee/croissants. Starfish Beach is a 1 minute drive and Rum Point was less than 5 min. You're also only 15 min from the Crystal Caves and about 20 to the Botanic Gardens, Tukka East, and the Parrot Sanctuary. For groceries, Fosters was more like 25 min so try and do one or two bigger trips. The condo is beautifully decorated, beach front, & located on the ground floor. While it looks like it's pictured, it felt a bit run down and not fully cleaned. The outside cushions all the stains, paint peeling, rust on the fridge and bathroom accessories. It's a perfectly nice condo but could use some re-vamping and new pillows. Overall a good deal for location & price!

This was our first visit to Rum Point and the Kaibo area. The property was lovely. Victoria was beautifully attentive and instantly responsive with lots of helpful suggestions. The condo was stocked with all the basics you would expect plus many nice extras we didn’t expect. The condo is situated next door to the Kaibo Beach Club, which was great in many ways (the espresso bar there is fabulous), but not so great in others. We couldn’t get away from the bass line from the music playing at the club from the early afternoon until well into the evening. If you want total peace and quiet, this location might not be for you, but if you want to be close to the action, it’s perfect.

it was a beautiful environment right on the beach. the screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee. Condo was clean with plenty of room. Our family had a fabulous time. No issues/no complaints. I wish the complex's shared garbage had recycle available as it was hard for me to throw away bottles cans and paper.
