My family and I stayed here for a few days and we loved it. It’s a great location, we were traveling to San Juan and Humacao for things we had to do and it was a good distance in between not too far! We felt safe inside since it’s all gated and the place itself was just how the pictures look. Whenever we had an issue Yanira would reply right away and have it taken care of!

I have to say the place was great,spacious, and had everything we needed at the end of a workday. The only downside during our stay was two particular issues: no water for two days( I was told by coworkers this is a common occurrence) and the internet service kept going out. Mrs Yanira Delgado responded quickly when the issues arose. She was always friendly and professional when I was in contact with her. I would definitely recommend staying at this location

Took my dad to Caguas, and we both loved this condo. It looked exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and had air conditioners in every room. Fully functioning kitchen, comfortable couches, large TV with cable and streaming services, washer and dryer. The entire condo area is fenced in, and you have assigned parking spots so everything feels safe. There could be some more specific instruction on where to throw the trash (trash disposal is outside the condo dug 3/4 of the way underground with room number painted on lid). I also could never get the blue key fob to open the driveway gate to work but everything worked just fine using the initial code from check in.
