Lovely house in a central location. Host was personable and made it easy to enter the house. Very accommodating about pets. Unfortunately, the house had not been cleaned to a good enough standard.

Massive house with great pool, only a 20 minute walk from the city centre. House could do with some ‘modernising’ and a fair bit of clutter / garden not in the best condition. However place is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing pool in a great location in walking distance of central Norwich. Children had a great time in the pool on a sunny weekend. The pool was warmer than we had expected.

Just returned from a 6 night stay at the property. Before arriving Jane was very accommodating and responded well to all of our questions. However on arrival jane was unable to greet us and our experience went downhill from there. Unfortunately the property was unclean, unkept and one of the bedrooms had noticeable mould patches on the wall. Leaving us with 2 double bedrooms and 1 queen size bed to house 6 people. The lounge is beautiful with lots of period features however due to the main light working it was very dingy. The bins were full of rubbish and the pots/cutlery and utensils in the kitchen were mostly dirty. (Even down to the remanence of the last parties food been left on the baking trays in the oven) The main reason we booked the property was because of the pool and upon inspection the patio was very unkept (not as online pics) Jane did come and weed the area after our request. The pool was also cold and unusable until we asked Jane to turn the temperature up.
