Great house and host!
Antonia and Mackenzie are great communicators and responded within minutes when we had a few questions during our stay. The place is perfect. Location is quiet and within walking distance to shops, eateries and the beach. Incredible views, too. It's a wonderful combination of comfort (stocked kitchen, blankets for the porch and lounge areas, eye masks in the top bedroom) and personal touches throughout (including a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy). We felt like we were staying with a friend. Helpful notes throughout, Google maps of favorite locations to try and literally everything to make your stay enjoyable and easy. They defintiely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and easy. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Peaceful, and feels like the home of someone you would like to know better. Full of books, plants, and a decorations from around the world. This is not one of those generic AirBnB's that looks pretty and then you find out the plants are made of plastic.
Beautiful space to stay and even work remotely. Filled with light, plants and treasures from travels. The neighborhood is highly walkable and a great home base in Vancouver.

I've been around the proverbial block a few times and hope to make many more rounds, because each time there is something new to discover and a perspective to be altered. I worked on Airbnb's Humanitarian team helping to build out the Open Homes program and am now working remotely with a rideshare app called Poparide. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, home is now in Mexico. I've also lived France, Hungary, Senegal and Bermuda. My home in Vancouver is listed on Airbnb and I'm happy to host! Fun fact, I've stayed as a guest in over 60 Airbnb listings. :) My life motto is to treat people like people, and not like objects - and, to never stop learning.
