The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many more. In the rear part of the house there are all in all 3 bedrooms: the bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds each share a spacious bathroom with tub, double washbasin and separate shower. Also in the rear part there is the laundry with way out to the rear terrace with barbecue. The front veranda is equipped with a big table and 6 chairs. Not far from it there is the pool area with sunbathing terrace, outdoor shower and another barbecue with sink in the “pool house”. The mediterrean gardens are very cared and offer many cosy and leafy bowers to relax. Next to the pool area you will find a fishpond. Behind the pool house, in appropriate distance to the country house, there is the chicken’s free range corral but surely without cock to make sure you have relaxed holidays. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. Please note that the house's electrical connections are not suitable for connecting electric cars and must not be used for this purpose.
