This rental had all the necessities as described. It was clean both inside the unit and outside and was in a safe neighborhood. Check in was easy and Sanjiv was professional and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this rental again.

I stayed at this listing for 1 month during the winter. It was exactly as described and pictured, which is detailed in the post and then reinforced by the host during booking so there is no misunderstanding. Although a small space, it has all the basics you need and was comfortable for me. With 3 windows, there is great light and the space doesn't feel closed in despite its size. The Chestnut Hill area is beautiful and has just about everything you need within walking distance. There is access to multiple forms of public transportation with easy access to Downtown Philly. The host was communicative and quick to respond and address any questions and needs I had. The price, especially if you are planning an extended stay was very reasonable to me. I would stay again.

Sanjiv’s Airbnb is always reliable! Has everything you need, fast response, and great location. I stayed here for 3.5 months and was comfortable throughout. Although I do prefer his other location, but they were taken quick. I love the location with Starbucks one block away. Chestnut Hill is absolutely beautiful and you can always find parking 1-2 blocks away. I let them aware of the minor issues and hopefully they will fix them for the next guest.

This was my second stay at one of Sanjiv's rentals and it was awesome. Has everything you need to feel at home. Clean, comfortable, and fast internet speeds. Can't recommend enough. 5 stars.
