Great location and overall lovely stay. A few things to report on which include the aircon in the bedrooms, they were very weak so nights were very hot and sweaty. I was also expecting a washer and dryer on site however they do provide laundry service which we used and was returned nicely - cheap as well. Unfortunately no pool guy until the day we checked out though - all Minor issues do as previously stated, overall great stay for Canggu area.

Yuli was super helpful, she organised a driver for us to pick us up at the airport. The accomdation was good although if you have a big group there may not be enough seating in the lounge/dining room area as only a 3 seater lounge. Overall it was fabulous. We had a great experience!

The villa was a perfect size for our girls trip - bedrooms/ensuites are spacious. We didn't mind the location, however I wouldn't say it's a 20 minute walk to the beach as advertised. Lane to the villa is quite tight, many drivers won't come down. Something to keep in mind if travelling with a young family. Villa was missing the bbq and the pool side umbrella as pictured. The grass could've used a mow. All the tiles are very slippery so be careful. It rained a lot during our stay which caused sky lights to leak in bathrooms and main areas to become drenched. Yuli was great at communicating.... up until our arrival. We were promised a lot prior to check in which seemed to have completely missed her mind. While here we were celebrating a friends 30th - to make the stay special we agreed to the complimentary bottle of wine that was offered, a cake and we organised some massages to the villa through her (all forgotten). Putu did come through with some decorations though, so thank you!!
