It’s a beautiful space with an amazing rooftop seating and exotic ambiance. The hosts responded promptly and helped to make the stay comfortable and smooth. Would highly recommend!

The place is safe and right opposite to the beach. The caretaker was very responsive, helpful and kind. Overall hospitality was good. Water purifier is placed and thereby drinking water facility is good. I wish they had kept sugar and tea powders in small cans instead of small packets. The bathroom and toilet is outside in the courtyard and hence may cause a bit of an inconvenience. The main door grill is broken a bit and some bolts are rusted. One has to be careful while using them. There is only one mirror and that is not placed well. Some of these issues can be easily addressed by the owner. Overall the experience of staying at this place was good.

During our stay 1st concern was location is not matching we need to wait for caretaker to guide to listing, 2nd the price for this listing is not worth, smaller then expected. Near to beach that’s the only reason to stay, there is issue with washroom door unsafe might hurt your self hard to open. Washroom is under the steps very small and no privacy there is open window in washroom. Finally not what we expected not recommended.

Had a great stay overall! Location is great, right on serenity beach. The rooftop area is a highlight, loved chilling there. It has 4 fans so heat wasn't an issue. Could only give 4 stars though, because of 2 minor issues: 1 - The property has been well shot, to the point where seeing it IRL was a little underwhelming. It doesn't get full beach views (just a small angle from the roof) and doesn't feel like a luxury property, if that's what you're expecting. Bathroom looked nicer in pictures and wasn't 'aesthetic'. Water pressure was also low. 2 - The AC is only in the hall adjacent to the main bedroom, and it's a smallish 1 ton unit. It was inadequate at cooling the entire living area, especially in the afternoon. It was okay, but just not very comfortable. Mosquitoes were a bit annoying, as the door has some gaps. The host Rubietha was very helpful though, and tried to get the AC fixed on the next day. I just wasn't able to coordinate a time Still a good stay overall though!

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming beachfront villa for a week, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with a breathtaking view of the beach from the first floor. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore was truly rejuvenating. The host Rubietha and caretaker Selvam were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and helpfulness added an extra layer of coziness to the already inviting atmosphere of the home. The villa itself was immaculately maintained, with every corner exuding a sense of neatness and tidiness. Overall, my experience at this beachfront villa was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home.
