Our family loved Sunny Jim’s Sea Cave location. Coming from the East Coast (Boston) the views of palm trees, sea lions and flowers in bloom was a welcome site. Luis was the ultimate host, we were able to secure an early check-in as well as communicating promptly on an inquires we had. 10 plus all around. Thank you Luis for a wonderful stay 😊

The location is amazing! Parking plenty of room for our minivan. The family was relaxed and had plenty of room for space of their own. We used the beach gear which was a plus. The chairs umbrellas and beach toys was all we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The grill was so useful and easy to use. The location was perfect. Walked to see the sea animals literally in the back yard. Short walk to a park area for lounging. Shopping and restaurants to explore all over the place. You could just walk to explore if you have no vehicle. Below is the cave store. They let you go down for free for our whole family. Which is a nice savings as there is a small charge had we not been staying here. You must do it. It’s a nice exercise in the morning. The cave really get crowded around 10am as you can see them lineup from your back view. The back area is the best. Coffee and sunglasses is all you need in the morning to relax. Walking path just outside your back door. :-)

We loved this place! The view from the back deck was stunning - nice to sit out at all hours of the day to listen to the sea lions and birds, and watching the swimmers and kayakers in the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! We walked everywhere and didn’t feel the need for a car in town but it was really nice having the parking spot available for us. With the 4 adults and one kid, we felt there was ample space in the house. We would definitely stay here again!
