Our family of 5 were very comfortable In this property. The floor plan was well laid out and the view from the patio was great! I also appreciated that the walk to the beach is short—The boardwalk to the beach isn’t very long which was nice. We never had to wait very long for elevator. The pool is somewhat small, but it wasn’t badly crowded the week we went. Great value for a property on the beach.

Given inaccurate information on parking pass which took all morning of one of ours days not to mention was threatened twice that our car was going to be towed or booted. Total miscommunication between companies. We did what our instructions stated. Dryer doesn’t dry good. Took two cycles to dry a load. Patio furniture was broken which was misleading in pics. Company offered to come pick it up but not replace with anything. Patio floor was sticky of spilled drink/beer. King Bed is completely warn out. Literally will sleep in a hole! Couch cushions are worn as well. You sink way down on one side. Not worth the $2700+ we paid for a week!!

My stay at Southern Vacation Rental’s in Orange Beach was pretty good. The corner unit offer a lot of room to hang out in the balcony and the view was amazing. I only wished that the check out time was at least at 10am instead of 9am without any extra fees. Thanks
