This condo has a spectacular view from the 13th floor! We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on the outdoor balcony in very comfortable furniture. We even took some afternoon naps out there as well! The beds were also comfortable and the layout of the condo allows the master bedroom to overlook the Gulf as well. We enjoyed keeping the door open slightly during the night to hear the surf all night long! Pure bliss!!! You can’t beat the location which is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and even an Island Market right across the street! The beach is absolutely fantastic and so easy to access! Bring your own beach towels tho. The elevator ran fine and we had very short wait times. The parking lot is super tight so the smaller the car the better! We were never told we needed a parking pass and found a towing warning put on our windshield the 2nd night when we were leaving for dinner. I texted SVR & was told to search the kitchen cupboards even above the microwave and refrigerator & underneath a bed where they store stuff but no orange parking passes were found. I was then instructed to put a handwritten note in our car and parking passes were dropped off the next day. We also did have some problems with the key pad upon returning from a late dinner on our first night stay. I called the customer service number and got a real person so that was a comfort. She tried helping us by changing the code but unfortunately it didn’t work. We think the batteries needed replacing and she said that a locksmith would need to called. We waited for 30 min and still hadn’t heard back from her and so I called the Customer Service number back and got a different attendant. Both were very professional & caring but could not help us and the second one told us that when she looked up our account, she could see a locksmith request had been made but no estimated time of arrival given. My husband decided to check with the parking lot attendant and we were able to acquire a key and get into the condo. By this time it was almost midnight! Almost an hour had passed with this very frustrating problem! We did not hear back about it being resolved the next day and so on the following day I texted them and FINALLY got a new code and and the key pad was back in working order. Our party had 4 adults so it really limited our ability to come and go independently. There was also a pile of broken crackers and a used mask & pen left in a pile in one of the bedrooms and cut zip ties from possibly purchases laying on the floor in a couple of places around the unit. So I would not rate cleanliness as satisfactory. The master bathroom sink drain was incredibly slow too but they took care of that the very next day. The smoke detector in the bunk bed room was chirping and we removed the battery when we first arrived and let them Know about it but that was not replaced while we were there. Having a washer & dryer and hair dryers and a kitchen in the unit was also a bonus! Because of the close proximity to so much and the spectacular view to enjoy, we would consider staying here again but we will MOST DEFINITELY return to the Gulf Shores area again!

The place was ok. Pretty basic. The dryer took forever to dry a load of towels and the shower did not have much pressure, other than that, it was pretty nice. The view was beautiful and the beach was fabulous! There were a few issues with the building in general: both elevators worked on and off all spring break week. Most of the time, only one was working at a time. Makes for long lines when there is one elevator and 19 floors! We were told we had 2 spots. The spots are so small that we were lucky to find one spot to park our mini van! It was crazy if you came back at night and there were no spots! Part of the parking lot was blocked off because of construction going on at the resort. The pools - we were very disappointed in the pools. There is 2 pools, a kiddie one and a regular one. The regular one is ridiculously small. The pool is so small and it is supposed to accommodate 2 buildings? My kids went to the pool once the whole time because of the size. There is nowhere to just sit by the pool and catch some sun while your kids are in the pool. The hot tub is the same way. So, so small for 2 buildings! Pretty disappointing. But, the beach was clean and beautiful! We rented chairs for 2 days at a fair price. There is a restaurant next door so you do not have to lose your parking spot to go have lunch! There was a place right on the beach that offered parasailing and other fun activities so that was convenient too!
