The outside amenities were amazing, tennis/pickle ball/basketball court,large pond with fish, canoe, fire pit and plenty of outdoor tables and chairs. The pool looked huge, but we were there off season for the solar eclipse. The house was very well stocked and everything was clean and fully functional. The basement bedrooms were a little odd. First there are no windows in the basement so it is very dark when you turn out the lights. There are 3 bedrooms in the basement. The bedroom with the twin beds is accessed only through the bedroom with the queen bed. Not bad for a family with kids. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, but it is the only bathroom on that level. There are 2 full baths one level up. The basement level has a living room area besides the bedrooms, and the entire level is very nicely furnished. It is a great place for a large family gathering.

Our stay was great! Michael was very reponsive on any questions we had. The house was furnished beautifully and very well kept. We had a great time in the big pool. The tennis and basketball courts were also a hit! We did some fishing in the big pond and let the little kids reel in the fish. We also sat by the fire ring in the evenings. It was a really enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

Great place for a large group - beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet country setting but still close to stores, restaurants and lots to do. The outdoor space was the big hit with our family - the great pool and patio area, tennis and basketball, fishing, and long driveway for the kids to ride their bikes. We also really enjoyed the Model T ride through the country from our host! Michael was very quick to respond throughout the whole process, and provided helpful information and suggestions on the area.

Our stay here was fabulous. The porch and pool were perfect for relaxing at anytime of the day and the beds extremely comfy for sleeping The house was so nice and private- a small oasis where even saw deer, a grey heron and geese - I would stay here again ☺️

Michael’s place is fantastic. This is the second year in a row that my friends and I have held our annual reunion. Of all the places we’ve tried over the years this is the one we want to keep coming back to. Very comfortable accommodations when it comes to sleeping. The pond is beautiful and full of lively fish. Some of our group caught some big ones. But the highlight is the great in-ground pool area. So much fun!
