So nice to have a place all to myself that's lived in. I didn't have to waste my time hunting down basic stuff that you have in a city you live in. I was in London to watch Off-West-End shows and this place is in walking distance of several great theatres, including the amazing Theatre 503 which is just a 15 minute walk up the road! The flat is clean and cosy, the area is walkable and felt safe and calm, and having an actual home really took a lot of stress out of this 2 month trip and allowed me to focus. Highly recommend, I'd definitely stay again.
Staying at Saskia and Giles’ place was truly a highlight of our trip to London. Having a place that really felt like home was heaven after a long day of exploring. The apartament itself was exactly as shown in photos - super cozy (with the comfiest sofa ever!) with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as fast wi-fi. The location is more than a perfect starting point for London sightseeing with plenty of buses, overground and underground nearby. Plenty cafes, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores are also within a couple minute walk from the flat. I honestly don’t believe we could’ve found anything better than this! Saskia and Giles provided everything we needed and more, on top of being the nicest people to chat to. I’m sure we’ll be back if they’re kind enough to have us again :)
The place was exactly like the photos - very charming! A nice and quiet building, really - REALLY - close to Tesco and to bus stations that took us everywhere within minutes, including to the tube station, that is really close as well. The location is really incredible. The apartment is cozy, charming, fully equipped… we didn’t miss anything during our stay and we felt like home. Saskia and Giles were available at all times, they helped us about the checkout because due to our flight time we needed some arrangements… a really excellent stay, with excellent hosts. I really recommend.
I absolutely loved my stay at Saskia’s place! It was very clean, had everything you could possibly need and had such a great artistic vibe to it. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to travel to London!

Giles and I use AirBnB for both work and pleasure. As we now both work for ourselves, we're spending a lot more time working away and want to share our home with other people while we're gone. We live in a warm, comfy flat, which reflects our love of art, music and the quirky. The apartment block where we live is pretty multi-cultural and as we're an interracial couple this suits us both really well. We love the fact that we're a few minutes from Battersea Park and a short train ride into the centre of London, the greatest city on the planet :) Our favourite things to do in town include going for dinner and jazz in SoHo, chilling out in Shoreditch or Brixon for the bars and restaurants. We also love summer drinks at Frank's the summer-only rooftop bar in Peckham (amazing views of London) and catching movies at the PeckhamPlex where movies only cost £4.95!! Bargain in London. It's just a short walk to get a bus all the way home afterwards. Perfect. Welcome to our home and we hope you enjoy your stay.
