Chambre agréable et espaces communs spacieux. Le mobilier peut varier des photos car l’appartement est en symétrie. Très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et super réactifs si il y a un problème.

I rented a room for 30 days. My specific room had a private bathroom and a back door which lead out to a balcony. The electricity is charged separately, and totalled around 180 TWD for me after 30 days. The people who shared the apartment were all foreigners, French, German, American Japanese, etc... Overall, I think it was a good deal for a private room.

Exactly as pictured, great location with endless eateries in walking distance, night markets, Central Park MRT, major bus routes including a direct one to National Sun Yat Sen University, many convenience stores, grocery, fruit market, pharmacies, and bank all a block or two away. Room itself was perfect for my 2-month stay, water was hot in bathroom, separate a/c unit always worked, digital electronic lock on the door, very safe and secure. Surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and always very safe. The cons—it’s on the fifth floor with no elevator (the owner is upfront about that in the listing)—makes hauling luggage up and down a struggle. The common area was cleaned only once during my entire 2-month stay, dust and dirt accumulated very fast. The bedding needs to be refreshed, and the beds are older. But overall I loved staying here, the location is perfect and allowed me to visit so much of Kaohsiung and Taiwan with ease and safety, responsive staff, all amenities worked.

Great host, quick to respond to all needs I had. The location is great, with hassle-free bus and MRT down the street. The 50 line to NSYSU was very easy and reliable. It takes about 15 minutes to the tunnel.
