Terrible homestay experience so far. Downstair both living hall and bedroom do not have aircond, not suitable for family gathering and chit chat. All toilet bathroom do not provide toilet paper. All bed quality is very bad, difficult to fall asleep.

This will be an honest experience sharing. Traveler may weigh their expectations and host can consider for improvements. Pros: 1. A new house. Clean. Gated and guarded so safety is a plus point. The location of this housing is a bit on the outskirts, so security is good. 2. Near to playground, enjoyable for kids. 3. Security at the guard house was nice, getting in was easy. 4. Checking in was easy with keys pre-placed in lockbox prior our arrival. 5. All rooms upstairs are with air conditioning. Not so chilling but workable. 6. Host gave free cupcakes in the fridge. Host also gave two butter biscuits but this will be a con below Cons: 1. The house is really hot during the day and doesn't improve at night. It was unbearable for my family to be staying downstairs in the living room and the bedroom downstairs. No air conditioning available downstairs and the ceiling fan even at full speed doesn't help. i think its caused by either the brick material of the house or just the orientation of the house no having any windflow coming in. 2. The sofa is a hard PVC type sofa. Not comfortable to sit on and with the house being hot inside, the PVC leather will just make you sweat. Ended up we just sat on the floor. 3. Host put up an outdoor garden feature with stones etc. in the parking compound. But that consumed half the space. Host also instructed for cars not to go over the features and will charge for any broken stones. Hence we could not park our sedan car inside. 4. Towels are charged separately with RM 10 per piece upon request. 5. Some electrical plug points are unusable (kitchen, bedroom) 6. No soap provided. And shops are not so near to the house. 7. The butter biscuits the host gave was expired. Some of my family members had eaten them. Luckily no one got sick. My apologies to the host but this is an honest review and I believe it is important for users of AirBnB to be able to really know what they can expect prior making any bookings. I hope host will be able to improve the accomodation especially by putting some air conditioning downstairs. Sometimes its not just about cost and I believe with good quality will drive in more business.

Such a nice place to stay. Extremely clean house. Worth the money. The host, Miss Hanisah, is extremely friendly and responds quickly to our queries. Definitely will choose again if needed. Wish could give more than just 5 stars.
