This was the perfect space for our family! Our son loved the pool and we loved that he was able to have his own room to sleep in. The room was laid out great, with all the rooms separated enough to feel like we had our own space.

The host is a third party renter, we ended up paying double the average rate plus almost 10% in fees and taxes. When I tried communicating this to them they just asked for proof and I gave it, nothing was done about it. I was charged $605 a night at the Holiday Inn Sunset Cove average night even choosing busy dates are no more than $450. I was never given the name of the resort because I might have had a chance to check for better rates....My first experience on Airbnb I thought this was the best place to find good of comparable rates not pay double. Airbnb support did not help at all either.

The “villa” was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It had a full kitchen, washer, dryer, large balcony and 2 full baths. The ladies at the front desk Angie and Jackie were very friendly and professional. They went out of their way with recommendations when asked and assisted my family when my son had a small accident. The resort is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There is a shuttle bus that conveniently does drop offs and pick ups from the area beaches. It is a short ride and you have the option to pick the beach you want to go to. The resort also supplies you with a cooler, chairs, beach toys and bikes. Umbrellas are easily rented for $20 weekly. There is also a small gym and a nice pool. Even though the resort is not on the beach the hospitality of the employees, walking distance to the area restaurants and the Esplanade (shopping center) all made up for it.
