Welcome to this second floor apartment close to downtown Hanover, PA. Hanover is a small town in south central Pennsylvania. The apartment is in an 1862 Federal Colonial that has been divided into four apartments. I live in a first floor apartment on the premises as well as two long term residents in two of the other apartments. The AirBNB apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment gets incredible natural light and is a perfect place to relax. It features a kitchen (stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils for light cooking) with an electric range, full size refrigerator, microwave and a coffee bar. The kitchen seating has two chairs and banquette seating with views from the kitchen table of the gardens. The living room has a love seat and comfortable recliner for relaxing and enjoying the Smart TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a seating area. Guests can also enjoy a patio and/or second floor covered porch seating area (shared with the other second floor resident) for morning coffee, a glass of wine, reading, or just relaxing. Guest Access There is an off street guest parking space available in front of the mint green shed. The entrance to the home is from the rear of the house. Lighting on the parking lot is a dusk-to-dawn barn light with all other outside lighting motion sensored for guests who may be arriving after dark. The entrance to the second floor AirBNB apartment is a short walk down the sidewalk and up an outside covered stairwell which has 22 steps. The AirBNB apartment is apartment number 1, to the right off of the upstairs covered porch.
