nice house. very clean, quiet, loved the hot tub and the view of the mountains in the hot tub. room was in basement area with no ac. wasn't too clear on the listing that rooms were on different floors. first night a man in the room next to us walked out of his room naked. this didn't seem to be a big issue. we were instructed to only go through the back yard basement door which did not lock. didn't feel very safe, but we could lock our door. soft water. very slimy There were two hosts there that were not on the listing who said they live there. The hosts insisted on involving themselves in any activity that happened in the common areas. Breakfast plates were provided upon request. But the host would not tell us what was in the plate, And then get an attitude when we didn't finish it. You are expected to eat whatever food you are brought regardless on if you want it or if you ordered it. i didn't enjoy it much but my wife and friends liked it.

super great and friendly host. loved the morning view and appreciated the breakfast! the roommates there made our time pleasant. really enjoyed the hottub and the garden room. appreciate the good company from Ken, Ilana, and Jennifer. We will meet again! 💜

Beautiful place and very welcoming host. Danyell came out to greet us to show us around even though we got in around 11pm. She was great and made breakfast for us and had everything we needed. The hot tub had a nice view away from the city. Would definitely stay again 👍👍

This was a holiday weekend stay, it was a busy house with other guests and it was not very clean in public places, mostly the downstairs kitchen area. we enjoyed the smoke room and the downstairs living area.

The time my friend and I spent here was lovely, we’re very happy we chose this place and wouldn’t have went with anything else. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Denver!
