Nice property but not great. Had to get a grab taxi every time I wanted to go somewhere bc not many public transport like bus or train nearby to get to main attractions. Waiting for the elevator during peak times can be annoying as the common areas can be hot, stuffy and not very pleasant smelling. With the caronavirus outbreak it makes me feel paranoid as I don’t see maintenance cleaning or wiping often like the other properties I’ve visited. The pool area is loud with lots of children. I did like the gym on the 43rd floor. The apartment itself is nice but I think it’s priced higher for the location it’s at.

The place is fairly new and clean. It might take a longer time to get to the unit for the first time. Eventually, you will get used to it. You will get to enjoy Swedish garden, spa, gym and swimming pool during your stay.

1. Location / neighborhood not too good. Road constructions around the building and bumpy road.s. 2. Cleanliness of the building not up to standard. 3. Management office not responsive. 4. A bit noisy as many kids playing in pool all day long till evening. 5. No laundry arrangement in unit or building. If you want to wash your clothes, you will need to go the public coin-fed laundry facilities, which would consume much of your valuable time. 6. Will not stay in the Ampang area in the future.

Amazing place, great location, the place was better than I expected, in the beginning getting to the unit from the carpark bay was a little confusing but easy to adapt. House was beautiful and super clean. I surely recommend this place.

So far they are best host I ever had 🔥 Gorgeous house perfect for solo traveller or couples. Location is great if you wanna stay a lil outskirt from the busy city. Thank you Naby and Stanley for having me over at ya airbnb crib. 😎🤙🏽#liveeattravellikelocals.
