We really enjoyed our stay with Monthly Stays. It was our first apartment in Montreal and we booked it for a month to familiarize ourselves with the city until we rented something long term. Nice, cozy and clean apartment with really good internet. In a quiet, well developed neighborhood. Around a lot of stores and restaurants. Near many public transportation stops, easy to get to any part of the city. Musthafa is a very responsive and attentive landlord.

I stayed at this beautiful, warm welcoming place for 5 weeks with my wife. I can't thank the hosts anymore profusely for having accommodated me in such short notice, providing me with an easy check in, they went above and beyond providing every possible needs one would think of inside the appt. Full kitchen appliances, Cold AC, toiletterie, clean and super comfortable bed, not to mention how clean and quiet the neighborhood is. Grocery stores are within walking distance. You're just at home away from home. I genuinely recommend this place. Lastly, communication with the hosts is fast, meticulous and accommodating. Thank you for providing my wife and I a wonderful, warm and pleasant stay.
