A lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get around. We did have some issues on arrival with worn out family room furniture and patio furniture. Contacted the owners and they were very prompt to fix the issues, several days later the old furniture was removed and a maintenance man came to replace the numerous burnt out lights. During the week the carpets were cleaned and boxes of new furniture arrived, the owner came and assembled the furniture at the end of the week. We were compensated $300 for the inconvenience of no furniture and maintenance done on the house. Any time we had to contact Kathleen, she responded quickly to fix any issues and the rest of our month long stay was very nice.

Loved how awesome this host was. She went out of her way to help us find the perfect location in her homes!! She was awesome with communication and the house was great!

This home is a great house to rent in the area for big families with kids. Toys for them to play with and an outdoor area that was safe for them to run around. Unfortunately, there were no cleaning materials provided. No paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish rags, trash bags, cleaning spray, etc. I notified that host about this and their response was it, "It should all be under the sink, if not I guess it was all used up." We've rented many AirBnb's in the past and all have included baseline cleaning items. At this price point, we expected it would be available to us. The most disappointing part was we had just gone to the store to pick up food and had to go back with two kids under two on a holiday week was difficult. The biggest complaint was we found cat hair all over the house. My father in law is extremely allergic to cats and had a bad reaction as soon as we checked in. I messaged the host about this and they ignored me and never responded again.
